After
my health crisis, I’ve crept back onto my exercise bike & pedaled along for
a bit at a time. I restarted way back
before square one, just leisurely pedaling for 1 mile. After reassurance from my pulmonologist (lung
specialist), I’ve been increasing my efforts in those old, comforting baby
steps. On different days, I cycled 1-1-2-2-2-3-4
miles at a time, and that adds up to 15 miles!
